Christmas is one of the most important family holidays, a magical day when every family creates an atmosphere of coziness, prosperity and harmony in the home, gathering together at the same table. It is also a time of open hearts that seek to support those in need, to do a good deed, to give a gift or a sincere smile to a stranger….
The NGO "Zakarpattia without orphans" is also one big family of parents, educators and their children. And our family is often supported by people with good hearts not only in Ukraine but also abroad. Such a kind friend with a sincere heart is Mrs. Vira Potasova, who is the head of the public organization "Podaj dalej" (Slovakia). On her initiative and with the support of complete strangers from Slovakia, many children from family-type orphanages and foster families in Zakarpattia region received Christmas tree gifts.
I will not write better, and I will not thank you better, as a mother who saw the eyes of her children and experienced with them those positive emotions when opening gifts.

When you are parents, you "blur" in your children. You give everything to them. I'm not saying it's bad, but we should also take care of ourselves. After all, deep down, everyone has their own little child. This little baby deserves gifts too.
And this Christmas time, the Latskovs, who represent the Slovakian company Umakov in Prešov, decided to give their parents small gifts. Thanks to the sincere hearts of the spouses, bed linen (80 double sets) was purchased, which the parents received from family-type children's homes and foster families.
