The new topic of our training under the program \u201cMoral and value aspects of forming healthy lifestyle skills in youth\u201d was \u201cInferiority complexes and their overcoming.\u201d<\/p>

Our trainer Mr. Oleksandr, in a discussion format with the teenagers, \u201cfigured out\u201d why this feeling arises, and discussed the reasons for its occurrence. It is from how others evaluate us by appearance, abilities, and status that we often form an opinion about ourselves.<\/p>

We must know that everything depends on us. It depends on what we believe in, who we \u201chear\u201d. We will hear - \u201cyou are a loser!\u201d. We will believe in it and so we will start to think about ourselves\u2026 or we will hear - \u201cyou, you can do it! I believe in you. I will help you\u2026\u201d Therefore, in order not to fall into the \u201cabyss of inferiority\u201d, we must understand that each of us is individual, a separate personality with our own external beauty, with internal abilities, values \u200b\u200bthat shape our status. We must remember that we can \u201cthrow\u201d someone into the \u201cabyss of complexes\u201d with our words, actions, thinking that it is \u201ccool\u201d, doing it so that someone will like it, in order to \u201craise\u201d our status\u2026 But is it worth it? After all, every action has its consequences.<\/p>

It is within our power to be the one who will help another \u201cget out of the abyss of complexes\u201d with a kind word and support. The training, as always, was rich in real-life examples and interactive tasks that helped us to better \u201cimmerse\u201d and understand the presented educational material.<\/p>

To conclude today's post about our next training, with a story or a legend. Who knows how it really was. But it, in my opinion, perfectly conveys how the right words, the right support affect not only the life of an individual, but also the future of others, through this individual.<\/p>

One day, a boy came home from school and gave his mother a letter from his teacher. The mother, with tears in her eyes, read the letter aloud to her son: \u201cYour son is a genius. This school is too small, and there are no teachers here who can teach him anything. Please teach him yourself.\u201d Many years after his mother\u2019s death, the boy was looking through old family archives and accidentally came across this letter. He opened it and read: \u201cYour son is mentally retarded. We can no longer teach him at school with everyone else. Therefore, we recommend that you teach him yourself at home.\u201d The boy cried for several hours. Then he wrote in his diary: \u201cThomas Alva Edison was a mentally retarded child. However, thanks to his heroic mother, he became one of the greatest geniuses of his century.\u201d I wish you all to meet such wise people on your life\u2019s journey as Thomas Edison\u2019s mother was.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
